Brickwork & Masonry Protector

First, clean the facade with Zep Facade Cleaner. The surface must be dry and dust-free (wait at least 72 hours after rain). Mask off windows and frames, and protect the surrounding area with plastic to prevent staining. For best results, apply the product using a pressure sprayer or brush, working from top to bottom. Continue until the surface is completely saturated and no longer absorbs the product. One coat is sufficient and provides protection for at least 10 years.
